Motorhoming in France | Leg 6 of our European Adventure starts…..
For those that follow our blogs closely, you’ll know this part of our European adventure sees us take 2 novice motorhomers with us… as we escort Richard’s parents in their new (to them) motorhome on a circumnavigation of France…
but added to that, we hope we can add more to this part of our European Motorhoming Travel Blog which gained recent coverage from the ‘Living France Magazine‘ (Top 6 Travel Blog)
So with both girls delighted to be able to spend a month ‘on the road with their grandparents!’… it’s been a busy week trying to finish off last minute jobs in preparation for today’s departure… but not before a chance to raise some money for two special charities (close to our families heart – The Primrose Unit & Macmillan Cancer Support)
Meanwhile Geoff Cox Lesiure have again been brilliant with the servicing of our motorhome & spending those previous ‘extra minutes’ making sure we feel comfortable with any small niggles
We’ve enjoyed endless hours planning and re-planning the route to try and include new experiences for the girls and their ‘Family Adventures‘ page… but also other places to ensure Richard’s parents enjoy their first taste of motorhoming and indeed France!!
It’s going to be a whole new experience for everyone, but should be worth a read as there’s bound to be something for every age group!!! So the first stop sees us revisit Belgium and the wonderfully preserved medieval town of Bruges… giving us the chance to try and make our first ‘Treasure Hunt‘ of the trip… Both girls still love making these treasure hunts and it’s an ideal way to make exploring new places fun….
