What we liked about it

here’s just a few ideas….

Reason one

If you visit with kids and have the time and the budget, then go for the Vienna pass. but the cheaper Vienna card covers an awful lot too… but be prepared to be on your feet all day… its that kind of city, so much to see and do!! just dont forget to visit the ‘House of Music / Haus Der Musik’ – you’ll love it!

Reason two

A mecca for museums, imperial charm and stunning architecture that matches any other we’ve seen across Europe. But interestingly, Vienna’s history goes much further back than Roman times with a past of riches and woes to match any city in Europe!! So best to head for the Time Travel 4D cinema experience to get a taste for Vienna’s rich history

Still not convinced? Here’s another one:

Reason three

So where to start? Well, there’s no better place to see Vienna than in front of the Vienna State opera building… a commanding building that oozes sophistication elegance and no little wealth… But there’s plenty more to see including Vienna’s iconic Schönbrunn & Belvedere Palace, Winterpalais, Hofburg Imperial Palace, St Stephen’s Cathedral…

Ever wanted to pack your bags, just jump in a motorhome and go off and explore Europe as a family? Well, that’s exactly what my family has done since September 2015. Visiting 35 European countries, travelling over 54,000 miles and grabbing over 450 family experiences on the way… enjoying Bobsleigh in Norway, Climbing into Mt Etna in Sicily or Kayaking the River Dordogne.
