Things we did at Camping Wirthshof in Germany
Germany | A lesson on Cuckoo Clocks in the Black Forest

here’s just a few ideas….
Reason one
Wirthshof certainly does things in style… if you’re a toddler you’ll be amazed at the palatial (custom sized) sanitary facilities or the impressive indoor play area. Whilst older kids might opt for interesting new sports to try like snooker mini golf or the bike routes around this beautiful region
Reason two
The campsite is within walking distance of the plenty of old towns, nature reserves. Only a short drive away is the Black Forest where you can explore the ancient tradition of making cuckoo clocks or even take a train ride through the Black Forest to Baden Baden

Reason three
But our biggest single positive was the feeling of utter safety once on site. The girls could roam freely and it’s safe and well laid out campsite design makes it a breeze to let them have controlled freedom. A good choice for kids in our age brackets (8-12)

What our family said about it
Think amazing bike routes to explore Lake Constance… Or impressive indoor wooden climbing frames to match those outdoors… Imagine the chance to sip coffee on one of the terrace bars or sit amongst the bright flowers watching your kids play in the swimming pool… It’s a great family option for anyone heading to the south west corner of Germany.
