here’s just a few ideas….
Reason one
Easy location to explore the Algarve and certainly one of the better campsites we’ve stayed at in Portugal…. Pitches almost all hard standing and easy access to reception and their new swimming pool/spa area.
Reason two
The shower blocks are one of the best across Europe and it’s easy to see why full timers opt to stay here over the winter. There’ plenty to see and do with 30mins drive including the tip of Portugal (at Stiges) or the fantastic Algarve beaches like Dona Ana
Still not convinced? Here’s another one:
Reason three
We reckon it’s well priced and you get what you pay for… the onsite restaurant and shop are well stocked and you could easily see a family enjoying a superb 2 week break here. Small playground areas exist for little children but the lagoon pool is almost certain to be the destination for older kids.

What our family said about it
Definitely a place to kick back and relax after driving down from the UK. It’s one of those campsites where you immediately want to stay longer from the moment you arrive… It’s within the ‘Top 20 European Campsites’ we’ve ever stayed at…it’s such a good base to explore the Algarve.
