Almost ready to depart… but not before some last minute visits…

The reality has set in….. No Tizzy for 10 weeks! Living in a van of 21ft for 10 weeks! Making your bed each night for 10 weeks!……. But on the flip side, today’s rain provided a suitable affirmation that this European adventure may be perfect! So  we look forward to 10 weeks in 20+ degrees celsius weather, 10 weeks of Al Fresco breakfast and BBQs, a chance to visit Barcelona, Seville, Madrid, Lisbon, Paris and a few beaches on the way! Exploring Georgian History whilst learning about Modern Science

From ‘Horrible Histories’ to ‘Horrible Beasties’ to ‘Horrible Hills’ – its been a busy weekend for us and the kids. It all started with a bang (literally) as we spent a few days down South learning about energy sources and power. From building hovercrafts to rubber band helicopters, it was great to see the girls learning with both sets of grandparents. So the time has finally come…. Years of yearning followed by a single month of planning…… An inverse relationship if ever there was one. So how did it start?
